How to apply

Removing the cap

First, unscrew the cap from the gel tube. Next, use the pointed part of the plastic cap to pierce the seal on the tube.

Applying the applicator

Take out the applicator from its packaging and position it onto the gel tube.

Filling up the applicator

Gently squeeze the tube to fill the applicator with the gel, making sure the plunger is fully extended. Then, remove the applicator from the tube and tightly seal the cap.

Discharging the gel

Find a comfortable position - whether standing, sitting, or lying on your back with your knees bent. Gradually and gently insert the applicator into the vagina as deeply as comfortable. Next, steadily press the plunger until the entire amount of gel is expelled.

Throwing away

Remove the applicator and throw it away.

Washing the hands

Make sure to wash your hands thoroughly with soap.
